Introduction
On June 26, 1977, Elvis Presley took the stage at Market Square Arena in Indianapolis for what became his final live concert. The King of Rock ’n’ Roll would never perform before an audience again.

Why it matters
This ticket marks the closing night of Elvis’s performing career. The audience that filled the arena could not have known they were witnessing his last concert, just 51 days before his death. Today, a ticket from that night connects collectors to the final chapter of one of popular music’s most influential careers.
