A ticket from Greg Maddux’s final regular-season start and the 355th—and last—victory of his Hall of Fame career.

Why This Ticket Matters

On September 27, 2008, Greg Maddux started for the Los Angeles Dodgers against the San Francisco Giants at AT&T Park.

Maddux worked six innings and allowed one run as Los Angeles won 2–1. The decision gave him career victory No. 355, the final win of his extraordinary major-league career.

Maddux later appeared in relief during the postseason, so this was not his final pitching appearance. It was, however, his last regular-season start—a fitting closing line for the four-time Cy Young Award winner.
